on the 1st floor (2nd American floor) with elevator, of a building located in a small street opposite an excellent restaurant "ELMER", and, less than 50 meters from the famous pastry chef Philippe CONTICINI ; when entering this studio, you arrive directly in the main room with a fully equipped open kitchen, a table and 2 chairs, a very large double bed (180x200). The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink, and a toilet.

 

Rue de Bretagne is the main street in this district.

We recently stay at this cute little apartment. It had everything you need while your there even down to the laundry liquid. The bed was comfortable. I had to text and ask for help with the washer/dryer and the response was quick. At one point we needed to contact a doctor, again we text for help and the response again was quick and extremely helpful.
